After many, many unsuccessful trips to TJ Maxx and Marshalls, I was finally successful.

Tupperware

I received a set of Tupperware FridgeSmart containers as a wedding gift and they are the best things ever! I love fresh produce, especially in the summer, and these keep your fruits and veggies fresh for such a long time. I am generally skeptical when I hear those claims, but these work. There are the vents on the end, and depending on what you are storing, you either close one or both or open one or both. Plus, there is a chart on the side of each container, as a reminder. I need to order more.

Mall + Food Court = Bad News

In my opinion, whenever a mall gets a food court bad things happen. The mall will eventually be overrun with coke heads, loitering thugs and people looking for trouble. Last year, my favorite, FAVORITE mall was expanded and they not only added a food court, but also a movie theatre. (double whammy)

And look what happened Friday night. Not good. If you can’t feel safe at J Crew, Banana or Lilly then where can you feel safe? They need to take out every restaurant and replace with quality establishments.

New Kids on the Block

Even after all of these years I still love these guys. As I sit in my Boston hotel room watching them on The Today Show I am remembering all of the paraphernalia I had when I was younger.

Giant Pin. Sleeping Bag. Slap Bracelet. Trading Cards. Tapes.

Jordan was my favorite back then.... and still is. Plus, I am a huge dork and think that it is cool I got to watch them while in Boston.

Blah Monday

Yesterday I gave Steve a bath and he is sooo soft. Pantene shampoo AND conditioner and now he is one good smelling kitty.

Right now he is snuggled up next to me watching Enchanted... Yup, watching a movie in the middle of the day. I got sick this morning at work and I HAAATE it when people stick around the office when they are sick. I am feeling better now, but I could not be that person I always get annoyed with. So, now I get to watch McDreamy in Enchanted while catching up on laundry. Fun. Lots o' fun.

Jenna and Harry

I am addicted to celebrity gossip, Perez Hilton being one of the main culprits. BUT, this has gone too far. Put your political views aside and let Jenna and Harry enjoy their wedding day. He has said some pretty crude things about people, but this crossed the line. Personally, I thought the Bush's did a great job of letting her enjoy her special day without letting politics interfere and she looked beautiful.

Cross your legs Mrs. Duggar

This is absolutely insane. How much care and attention do you think 2 parents can provide to an entire fleet of children? In my opinion 18 is more than enough.... I sure hope they are not accepting charity from people to help take care of this many children.

Wal-Mart offers $4 generic prescriptions. Since she lives so close to the Wal-Mart headquarters, she should take advantage of this corporate generosity and pick up this.
