Workout Music

Last night on my run I I skipped over every other song on my iPod because I was sick of working out to the same music. I HAVE TO HAVE music when I am running. If the iPod dies mid cardio, I am screwed... music gives the inspiration to get as skinny as Jessica or have that smokin hot bod like the lovely ladies in JT's videos.

So, I need an update on my running music. Skipping over songs and messing with my iPod while running is not a good thing because:

a) I almost ran into a lawn track that was filled with mulch. Not only would I have busted by butt, I would have also smelled like manure and have probably broken a bone.
b) I ran into a huge puddle, getting water and mud all over my back side.
c) I almost got my shoe stuck in a massive pot hole that appeared out of nowhere... therefore, almost breaking a bone.
d) I could have been hit by a Land Rover... which may or may not have been driven by Mr.Accountant's ex... just a thought.

Below is my workout playlist. Any suggestions will be appreciated and possibly purchased on iTunes!

I actually posted requesting the same thing this morning:)

Your list looks a lot like mine. I also have some Fall Out Boy, Bon Jovi, My Chemical Romance, Ramones, and a few 80's one hit wonders like "Cruel Summer" and "Funkytown."

I stumbled across your blog.

Try Tiesto - perhaps the "Nyana" 2CD set.

My favorites in my playlist for running are

Destiny Sunrise
Tears from the Moon
Venus(Meant to be Your Lover)
Requiem for a Dream
As the Rush Comes
Destination
Nyana

These are just from the CD set as there are a lot of tracks from Tiesto that I listen to.

I have no one clear favorite, but like running to 643(Loves on fire)

Perhaps you need a bit more variety to your playlist.

Good luck
