My blow dryer burned my stomach!
This morning as I was finishing up getting ready, I unplugged my blow dryer and the cord swung down and burned me in the stomach! The metal part on the plug swung down and hit me right above my belly button. It burned a little when it happened, but there was no visible burn at the time. Now, I just noticed that I have a little burn / blister where it hit me!
Has this ever happened to anyone else? Maybe I need a new blow dryer.

I can't even tell you how many times I have done that with my flat iron! The FF thinks I'm so clumsy.
The cord burned you?!? I've been burned by my flat iron many times but never from the plug. That is one hot electrical plug, sounds a little dangerous.
The metal part on the plug burned me... I think we need to get that outlet looked into.
Aaaaaack, I've done that before, but with the hot coil-y part where the air blows out. Owww!
ouch - now that is an injury you can write about! it reminds me of when I started to use curling irons...
Definite Ouch! That doesn't sound like any fun! I'm not sure when the new D comes out. I honestly forgot about it. . .but there might be a chance that the back of our head or something makes it!
Weird that the cord burned you! I have been burned by the nozzle thing at the end (mine actually melted). I might get another one if I was you!
