I need some fashion advice.
I used to think TOMS were ugly, ugly, ugly. (I also used to think I would never wear Uggs, leggings, skinny jeans, or maxi dresses..... but just take a look in my closet.)
I guess I have been worn down because I now want a pair.
But not just any pair.... this sparkly silver pair.

I just have no idea what I would wear with them.
Help me out. Do you have a pair? And how do you wear them?
The TOMS website has a How We Wear Them section, but the glitter section is empty. Zip, zero, zilch, nada. Give me outfit ideas! I need to be a cool mom when I am hanging out at Miss A's preschool.
Plus, how perfect would it be for Miss A to get a pair of Tiny TOMS?

I am not much help because I don't know how to wear them either - but I got a pair of the Toms wedges and LOVE them. They're very comfy.
Personally, I am not a fan of Tom's in general, although I hear they are very very comfortable. I also think that such a casual shoe in a fancier finish (the sparkles) would be hard to style.
I think that a pair of cute flats would serve the same purpose and could be worn with jeans, khakis, a skirt or even nicer shorts.
A lot of my sorority sisters wear them, and they wear them with cuffed ankle length jeans.
I ordered the black sparkly ones and I was sooo bummed that they didn't fit me. I think you can wear TOMS with almost anything … nicer than sneakers but just as comfy and casual.
I just bought a pair (red) & I love them. I was extremely skeptical; as they looked so ugly. However, they look pretty cute "on" & they are super comfy. Since it is getting colder here in MA, I have worn mine with jeans & capris, but on a few warm days, they looked great with shorts & skirts; they are very versatile & great to toss on to run errands or head to the park. I looked at the gold pair, but since I own way too many metallic shoes, I went with my fave color.
So, I say go for it....you'll be happy you did!!
I love my Toms and wear them practically everywhere! Plus, they are nicely cushioned inside. :) Glitter ones might be a tad impractical, but what about their new fall line? Corduroy might be cute...
I have the silver sparkly ones and I love love love them. LOTS. I wear them whenever possible. I like them with black pants, jeans, skirts, shorts. I do not wear the skinny jeans as I am not made for them, but if I did, they'd be cute :)
I have them! And I wear them every chance I get. I also was not a Tom's fan, but how does one resist a silver sparkly shoe? Adorbs. You can keep your skinny jeans... I'm still in the elastics.

cute! go for it! i love a little something extra sparkly in an otherwise plain outfit. i think they are fab.
I have the silver glitter Toms. I was totally against them, but I gave in when I saw these. I've found them to be a great shoe to wear during the transfer of seasons. Lately I've worn them with skinny cropped jeans, and also with regular length jeans. I think they are a great color to wear with lots of options. Hope this helps!
I would think the best way would be jeans and a simple top since the shoes are such a statement.
