I love that is is much smaller than a traditional panini machine, plus we can use the Calphalon pan for indoor grilling.
I forsee many more panini combinations in our future.

Panini Pan
Last night we exchanged a weding gift and got the panini pan / press that matches the rest of our Calphalon Contemporary line. I used it this morning to make us breakfast panini's -- they were great! (scrambled egg beaters, turkey sausage and cheese on sourdough bread)

Oh, love it! Funnily enough, K mentioned earlier this week that he thinks we need a panini maker... this pan looks awesome! (and better for grilling than a Foreman!)
You might want to work in a spell check or two? on your blog not your panini.
