Last night Sarah and I attended the 2nd Annual 2008 Stainless Steel Chef event at the Milestone Culinary Arts Center & Viking Cooking School, here in Dallas. It is going to be featured in an upcoming D Magazine – maybe we will make the cut! We are avid Top Chef followers, so we were really looking forward to seeing Casey Thompson and Tre Wilcox in action! We met 2 really fun gals, plus we had front row seats the entire night. At one point Tre even told us that he loved that us gals were front & center because it made him more comfortable, more like cooking for friends!(You can read more about the event here)
