I like option B!
I like the 2nd option - the print on the shoes is so cute!
Ohh, both are so fun, but, my vote is the second option--so summery and beachy. And we know I love all things beachy!
Cute, cute dress! I'd go with option B accessories.
I say option A since it looks like the fabric of the dress is satin-y.
I like option A. That dress is adorable and so are the shoes!
While I love the shoes in B, I think A seems to fit the more formal tone of the dress.

I vote for #2! I really like those wedges :)
As for the shoes I would go with option A - there is enough going on with the ruffle on the dress that you don't need a pattern on the shoes. LOVE the ruffle by the way.
Evening wedding - go with A.
Afternoon/daytime wedding - definitely B.
