Damien Hirst is a very odd man. Sarah and I went to The Goss-Michael Gallery today to see the Damien Hirst exhibit and I left there wondering just how many drugs this man does. I can appreciate his art, but it is in no way anything that I would ever want in my house, much less pay millions for. He is probably best known for his diamond crusted skull that recently sold for MILLIONS. The skull was not on exhibit, but there were some very.interesting.pieces. I am not going to post close up pictures of the art, but you can go here to see them all. Also, there was a disclaimer on the door, basically letting people know that the exhibit could be disturbing and they warned you beforehand.
Also, we did not see George Michael. Or Kenny Goss. Now, that would have made for an interesting blog post.

2 Additional Thoughts:
Thanks for stopping by my blog! I agree, interesting, but I wouldn't want that thing in my living room :)
Somehow found your blog and read that you are from
Dallas. We are moving there in a couple of months
and feel a little overwhelmed. Do you know of any
web-sites, etc. that could help a southern girl??
Loved reading your blog!
Have a great week!
